Lisa and Steve got married at the end of March at Combe Bank in Kent, a great venue that offers both Catholic and civil ceremonies as well as beautiful grounds, a wonderful dining hall and separate “party room”.
Lisa went for a sophisticated, vintage-inspired look – I loved her hairpiece and I am sure all the girls will be grateful that I have included a few shots of Lisa’s Louboutins!
Lisa and Steve’s son Archie stole the show – even speaking up when the registrar asked if anyone had any reason to declare that the marriage should not go ahead – bang on cue!
Thankfully we dodged the showers and managed to get some time outside before heading in for a stylish candle lit dinner and some great speeches.
Lisa’s mum read an incredibly moving poem that she and her late husband had found in a newspaper and she had promised him she would read it on their daughter’s wedding day- there was not a dry eye in the house.
A little later, the four best men got the moshing going on the dancefloor, to the tunes provided by the awesome band ‘The Kicks” and well, I think everyone had a fabulous time…
