I offer my clients a really personal experience, customised to their needs and what they want to get out of the shoot. My biggest priority is ensuring my clients are comfortable in front of the camera.
Customised photography provides a wider range of images to select from as we are not restricted to a studio setting or a short time window. Typically I will shoot in your home and/or at a location of your choice – often a park, sometimes a country walk, or perhaps a location in the city. I can tailor the images to your needs, for example a typical family shoot may include a group family shot for the christmas card, some individual portraits for your walls and coverage of the family spending time and having fun together for the family album.
For babies, shooting at your home makes the experience a lot more comfortable. We can keep your baby in their routine, in familiar surroundings. We can change them into different outfits, feature their nursery and introduce favourite toys (your favourites and theirs!) However, for young babies, as we do not need to have so much space, I do also offer shoots in my home studio, which has a variety of backdrops and props.
I pride myself on clients coming back to me each year, so it’s vital that I offer you the finest experience and make the sessions fun and engaging! I care about the final artwork and will only put my name to the highest standards of images and end products.
Session fee: (Please note all session fees include a credit towards products of your choice)
Zurich/Zug:
CHF 350 Mon-Fri, CHF 400 weekend & public holidays – both include CHF 150 credit towards products
Sessions at my home studio in Staefa, Zurich (babies only):
CHF 250 Mon – Fri only – includes CHF150 credit towards products
London:
£250 mid week, £300 weekend & public holidays – both include £100 credit towards products
Shoots can be commissioned beyond these locations with travel being charged. Please enquire for more details.
The session fee covers my travel, time, talent and equipment. It also covers a professional edit and processing of your images and a viewing and a credit towards products of your choice.

Where?
I usually come to my clients’ homes to do the shoot. We often start off in their home and then head to a favourite local spot to get some outdoor shots. I find it’s generally more convenient for my clients and provides opportunities for a wider variety of shots than a studio.
I travel nationally and internationally for my clients. (If you are outside of London and the home counties or Zurich and Zug, additional travel costs may be charged but are always kept to a minimum and are agreed when making the booking.)
For young babies (before they are walking) I do offer sessions at my home studio in Staefa, Zurich. I am based right by the train station and also offer parking. The home studio sessions offer a saving of CHF100 on the shoot fee. The studio offers a variety of backdrops/sets and props.
How long?
Portait shoots usually take around 2 hours. This enables clients to relax into the shoot and for us to try out some different locations and looks. However, I always allow a lot longer than 2 hours, especially where children are concerned and they may need a rest, nap, chocolate cake stop etc
It’s very important to me that we are not rushed.
Lots of kit?
I use natural light as much as possible (that’s what it’s there for!) so this tends to minimise kit I need to bring into your home. I do however have sufficient lighting with me just in case we need a little extra POW!
What happens afterwards?
Beautiful images require professional editing, which takes time. Each image is individually colour corrected, cropped and tweaked to make sure it really stands out. For most shoots I will provide a range of colour and black and white images.
Your images are usually ready to view two to three weeks after the shoot (although faster turnaround times can be requested where required).All viewings take place at my studio in Staefa, Zurich for Switzerland shoots.
What can I buy?
I sell framed prints, canvases and albums. Products start at CHF 95 / £65 for a 5×7 framed print. All my products are of the highest quality – I spent a long time selecting them and my clients love them! As the frames are bespoke almost any combination of images and frame size is possible.
